Company Overview

Ningbo Evergreen Garment Co., Ltd. is a vertically integrated full-category apparel manufacturer with a nationwide multi-base production network. Our manufacturing system covers three core bases: the Ningbo flagship R&D and high-end production center, a mass-production factory in Kaifeng, Henan and intelligent auxiliary workshops in Liangshan, Sichuan.

All facilities adopt unified technical standards, centralized procurement and consistent quality control to deliver flexible capacity for global orders. Backed by an in-house R&D team and accredited textile testing laboratory, we integrate both woven and knitted garment production, offering more comprehensive services than single-category suppliers.

Key Milestones

2001 - Foundation

Ningbo Changrong Garment Co., Ltd. completed business registration and built its garment production base, focusing on school uniform sector.

2002 - Manufacturing Launch

Settled in Xiwu Industrial Zone, Fenghua, Ningbo, launching large scale production and operation at its self owned manufacturing facility with a plant area of 25,000 ㎡.

2008 - Official Recognition

Recognized by Ningbo Municipal Education Bureau as a designated school uniform manufacturer, becoming a core local supplier for school uniforms across Ningbo.

2010 - Provincial Certification

Certified as a designated student apparel manufacturer of Zhejiang Province, admitted to the provincial level school uniform procurement and supply system.

2012 - R&D Center Established

In house School uniform R&D Center was established with a dedicated design team for independent product development and external design services.

2014 - National Advanced Enterprise

Awarded the title of National Advanced Enterprise for Student Apparel Production & Service. Set up Student Apparel Fabric R&D Center to develop and test fabrics, controlling fabric safety and environmental performance from the source.

2015 - Industry Leadership

Elected Vice Chairman Unit of Preschool Education Equipment Branch, China Educational Equipment Association. Honored with the industry "Integrity Star" award. Its products won awards in "Most Beautiful School Uniform" campaigns.

2016 - Quality Certifications

Received the title of National Well Known School Uniform Brand issued by China Educational Equipment Association. Obtained ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO14001 Environmental Management and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System Certifications.

2021 - Nationwide Expansion

Launched multi base nationwide layout, invested in subsidiary manufacturers including Yichun Changrong Garment and Bengbu Changrong Garment to build a coordinated multi site production network. Planned western region production bases as part of east west industrial collaboration initiatives.

2023 - Sichuan Factory & Digital Transformation

Ganluo Changrong Suoma Factory in Sichuan officially went into operation. A key Ningbo Ganluo collaboration project jointly invested by local state owned entities and Changrong with total investment of RMB 35 million. Annual output reaches 350,000 pieces including school uniforms, workwear and ethnic costumes to boost local employment.

Chairman Jiang Yuyu attended the National Summit on Digital Growth for School uniform Industry. The enterprise pushed forward digital transformation via strategic cooperation with digital service providers and implemented full link digital management for garment manufacturing.

2025 - Strategic Cooperation & Overseas Expansion

In March, carried out in depth school enterprise cooperation with Zhejiang Fashion Institute of Technology for talent training and product R&D, opening its R&D center and smart exhibition hall.

In June, completed industrial & commercial change to a solely owned private enterprise with registered capital of RMB 55 million.

In October, hosted large scale industry exchange events organized by Ningbo Professional Managers Association. Built a garment culture study tour base and opened smart manufacturing exhibition hall for industry visitors.

Expanded foreign trade business by establishing Ningbo Changrong Import & Export Co., Ltd. as its self operated import export entity to undertake overseas B to B orders for kids' wear, workwear, sportswear and uniforms.

2026 - Collaborative Manufacturing System

Formed a collaborative manufacturing system with Ningbo headquarters plus production bases in Anhui, Jiangxi, Sichuan and other regions. Business scope covers domestic customized school uniforms & workwear as well as overseas one stop ODM/OEM garment services. Fully equipped with in house fabric research, pattern development & sampling, smart manufacturing and three tier quality inspection capabilities.
