Headquartered in Ningbo, Ningbo Evergreen Garment Co., Ltd. is a vertically integrated full-category apparel manufacturer with a nationwide coordinated production network. We operate three production bases: an R&D & high-end manufacturing hub in Ningbo, a mass-production uniform factory in Kaifeng (Henan), and auxiliary intelligent workshops in Liangshan (Sichuan). All facilities follow unified technical standards, centralized material procurement and consistent quality control to flexibly fulfill mixed bulk orders for global clients.
Our 25,000㎡ Ningbo headquarters serves as the group's technical center. It houses over 300 computerized knitting machines for monthly output of 60,000 knitwear pieces including sweaters, cardigans and vests. Automated woven production lines create premium school uniforms, kindergarten garments, staff suits and functional outerwear using antibacterial, waterproof and quick-dry textiles. Our in-house certified lab handles fabric testing, sample development and export procedures complying with international textile safety standards.
The Kaifeng base focuses on cost-efficient mass production of school sportswear and basic corporate workwear, while Liangshan workshops supply lightweight basic uniforms to boost overall production flexibility.
Supported by an in-house team of designers and textile engineers, we provide yearly new style development, free custom design, fast sampling and self-developed functional fabrics with complete compliance certificates.
